LG XBoom 360 is a new wireless speaker that doubles as a lantern
LG has just revealed its last wireless speaker, the LG Xboom 360. Thanks to its unique form factor, LG promises that Xboom 360 will provide a sound and lighting of 360 degrees distortion that are perfect for listening at home and listening outdoors.
The Xboom 360 reaches its unique listening experience thanks to its conical shape. This design provides omnidirectional audio with an impressive 120W output that should provide the power and clarity you expect from any other high-end speaker.
You will also be treated with 360-degree mood lighting that can be associated with a companion application for a wide range of customization options. This should help bring the party to life and continue to spend a moment with its 10-hour battery life.
The LG Xboom 360 is now available in the United States on the official LG website for just under $ 400 and you can buy it in Beige, Burgundy, Black and Green Peacock. Global prices and availability must still be announced, but it’s about 290 £ / 540 AU $.
OPINION: Our first thoughts of LG XBOOM 360
While we have not yet been able to test this speaker for ourselves, we are optimistic that it will work well. We will have to practice practice with the XBoom 360 to know certainly, but our previous experience with the Xboom LG range has been positive.
We gave the Bluetooth speaker from the LG XMOOM GO PL7 four out of five stars and thought that its audio quality was good with trees that are perforated and net – although it was a little default in the bass department. Since LG highlights a new 5.25-inch glass fiber woofer in the Xboom 360, we hope that the bass is more impressive in its last speaker, but we will have to wait and see.
Design-wise We are intrigued by the form of the lantern of Xboom 360, especially its light that promises to bring you a personal disco or give the perfect atmosphere for a romantic night under the stars. This certainly looks quite chic so as not to look out in a modern house and, thanks to the handle, it looks like a fun tool to take with you during your next outdoor excursion.
The only disadvantages we can see so far are the life of the battery and the price. While 10 hours would probably have more than enough fees for music to go through any social gathering, we suspect that the 10 hour limit will require some optimizations. With activated lighting and all the advanced features enabled, we hope that the LG Xboom 360 will not bring the party at the end.
In addition, the price tag of $ 400 (about 290 £ / 540 CA $) will cost a lot of consumers. There is no way to know if the speaker is worth this amount without trying it, you may want to follow exams of those who tested it before making a purchase.
